About the Insurer
Through its brokerage management division, Versicherungskammer Bayern (VKB) offers a unique two-product system with BudgetVorsorge and BudgetPro: a pure savings plan without a traditional health budget, as well as traditional budget plans ranging from €400 to €1,200.
At €7.00 per month, the BudgetVorsorge plan is the most affordable entry-level supplementary health insurance plan on the market. It focuses on preventive medical checkups (100% reimbursement), sports medicine examinations, and preventive health courses in accordance with Section 20 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V).
The BudgetPro plan rounds out the portfolio with a traditional health budget. Premium waiver in the event of a claim can be added as an option for a small additional fee. Family members can be included in the coverage for a separate premium.
