Five years—that might not sound like much. But for us, it means countless conversations, decisions, and even some setbacks. And that is exactly what has shaped Faktor Mensch into what it is Faktor Mensch : a partner that doesn’t just promise a culture of health, but makes it measurable.

From day one, it was clear: we don’t want to be “just another provider.” We want to empower companies to integrate health so deeply into their structures that it becomes part of their DNA—strategic, predictable, and effective.

What we've learned over the past five years

  • Health is a leadership issue. Without support from the top, it remains nothing more than a nice bonus.
  • Measures taken without a strategy cost more than they are worth. We have learned how to translate benefits into measurable employee retention.
  • Growth takes courage. The biggest strides in development don't come from playing it safe, but from the willingness to try new things.

Our team has always been the driving force behind this—and it continues to grow

On the left: Leon, our new Key Account Manager. On the right: Hubertus, our new Customer Success Manager. Both bring fresh perspectives and a clear mission: to bring our clients’ health culture to life.

Faktor Mensch means: More expertise. More visibility. More impact—for companies that understand that culture and health aren’t just nice-to-haves, but critical to success.

Standing still is not an option for us. The next five years? We have big plans. And they start today.
